Applications

All student-athletes who wish to apply to an ACDS Program must be pre-qualified by a member of our team. To begin the pre-qualification process, please submit the form and our team will review your information to determine if you are suitable for enrollment.

A team member will reach out to you within 5–7 business days to inform you of the decision. If pre-qualified, our team will arrange a call with an ACDS director during which you will learn about the best program for you.

Please note — applicants referred by an ACDS partner organization, current program member, or alumni will be given priority consideration.
