Our Beginnings
ACDS was established in 2012 by a team of former AJGA, NCAA and development specialists who wanted to make a positive impact in the next generation of golfers.
The Mission
American College Development Solutions (ACDS) is an international organization dedicated to the development of junior athletes into College-bound student-athletes, helping to expand their academic, athletic, personal and cultural skill-sets, while guiding them towards their ultimate goal of joining the ranks of the NCAA.


Industry Pioneer
Since its inception, ACDS has been a pioneer College golf development services, unveiling the the world’s first-ever integrated development program in 2013, inclusive of travel services, college golf consulting, tournament exemptions, talent evaluation camps and academic counselling.
Changing the Landscape
In 2014, the first student-athlete ever recruited from mainland China for College sports had come through ACDS system. In the same year, ACDS hosted Asia’s first-ever College golf camp, and has hosted many since many since.
Global Platform
By 2015, ACDS had successfully developed the largest junior golf travel company worldwide, hosting 60 Program Member families on its Summer Tours, competing in nearly 500 junior golf events across the U.S.
C.J. Gatto
Cofounder & Executive Director
Widely considered the leading expert in College golf development solutions, C.J. Gatto works closely with College coaches and the American Junior Golf Association to develop junior golfers for the next level.
College Golf Alumni
UNLV Men’s Golf
C.J. served as an integral member of the perennially Top-25 ranked University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV) Men’s Golf Team (2003-2008). While in University he earned an Academic-All American Honors Award (2006-2007) and ranked 12th all-time in UNLV history in scoring average at 72.92.
Professional Career
Winner of the 2010 Ageas Hong Kong PGA Championship
As a professional golfer, CJ won the 2010 Ageas Hong Kong PGA Championship, and has held memberships on the China Tour (2009-2013), One Asia (2009-2011), Asian Tour (2012) as well as qualified for 3 European Tour events. C.J. provided guidance and mentoring to one of China’s first golf gold medalists in the 2013 China National Games.
